Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information SMMFOXE ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

01 Who we are

SMMFOXE is a panel for social media growth services.

02 Information we collect

  • Account information: the email address and password you register with.
  • Order data: the links/usernames and quantities you submit with each order, and your resulting order history.
  • Balance & transaction data: your account balance and the ledger of top-ups and spend on the platform.
  • Support communications: messages sent via Discord tickets or the dashboard support system.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by our third-party payment processor at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers or crypto wallet private keys on our own servers.
  • Technical data: information such as IP address, browser type, and device information that is automatically logged for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

03 How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and maintain your account and process your orders;
  • Process payments and maintain an accurate balance/transaction ledger;
  • Communicate with you about your orders, account, or support requests;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of the Service;
  • Maintain and improve the security and reliability of the Service;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

04 Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA users)

Where applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract — to create your account, process orders, and manage your balance;
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud and abuse, and to secure the Service;
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or law-enforcement purposes;
  • Consent — where you have separately agreed, for example to optional marketing communications.

05 Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary to run the Service:

  • Upstream fulfillment provider: the link/username and quantity for each order, so it can be delivered.
  • Payment processor: the information needed to process your top-up (we do not see or store full payment credentials).
  • Service providers: infrastructure and support tooling providers (e.g. hosting, ticketing) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal disclosure: where required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of SMMFOXE or others.

06 Data retention

We retain account, order, and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed to resolve disputes, comply with legal/tax obligations, and prevent fraud. You may request deletion of your account as described in Your rights below, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

07 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Request a portable copy of your data;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

08 International data transfers

Where data is processed or stored outside your country of residence (for example, by our hosting, payment, or fulfillment providers), we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection as required by applicable law.

09 Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10 Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
